TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION

The teachers of this institution celebrated Teachers’ Day with much enthusiasm and great zeal. The celebrations began on a pious note, with all the teachers gathering in the imposing ‘Yagyashala’ in the school premises, to perform ‘Havan’ to commemorate this day.The teachers of the various segments then greeted the Principal Sh. S.S. Chaudhary by presenting flowers to him.

Responsible and retired people in Faridabad run educational projects in the parks of Sec-14, 15 & 17 in Faridabad, to provide education to the deprived members of the society. These projects gather children from the slums and the weaker sections of the society and help them to get admissions in schools. This institution also has a number of such students studying in various classes and on the occasion of Teachers’ Day Mr. K.L. Khurana, the Manager & Principal Sh. S.S. Chaudhary honoured these selfless workers for their relentless efforts towards social upliftment. Mrs. S. Mitter & Mrs. Poonam Budhiraja of ‘Vishwadarshan Charitable Trust’ Sec-17, Mrs. Sanyogita Bahl & Mrs. Pinky Barar of ‘Sakhi Sangh’Sec-15 & Mr H.S. Kathpalia & Mr. J.P.Singh of project ‘Jagriti’ Sec-17 were presented flowers, shawls & a gift amidst a loud applause by the gathering.

The day also saw the release of the SILVER JUBILEE ISSUE of the School Magazine ‘AASTHA’ which showcases the growth & achievements of the school during the last 25 years. All the staff members were then presented with a beautiful memento on the occasion of the dual celebration of the SILVER JUBILEE and the TEACHERS’ DAY. The day ended with much cheer and joy.
