The 186th Birth Anniversary of Swami Dayanand Saraswati
The 186th Birth Anniversary of Swami Dayanand Saraswati- the luminary who laid the foundation of Arya Samaj was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devoted fervour by the students & staff of this institution. Sh. K.L. Khurana Manager & Regional Director graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Dr. Dharam Prakash - staunch Arya Samajist and Sh. Harish Shastri were also present on the occassion. In his welcome address Principal Sh. S. S. Chaudhary lauded the efforts of great Maharishi and urged the young listeners to follow the path of truth and honesty as shown by him. The students presented a melodious bhajan glorifying 'OM'. Dr. Dharam Prakash paid tribute to the great saint and applauded the efforts of Principal Sh. S. S. Chaudhary in fulfilling the idealogy of DAV institutions. Sh. K. L. Khurana urged the students to pledge to recite Gayatri Mantra everyday and always respect the elders, parents & teachers.
